Organic Skin Care Essentials

With the term “organic” going mainstream for the past several years, for most people, “organic” reverberates with “quality”. With many people becoming conscious and aware of what they are putting on their plates and into their bodies and therefore taking conscious steps like growing their own food among other practices. This is then supporting community ecosystems by cutting down food miles, wastage and promoting a culture of healthy eating and mindful living.

“Parts of our genome simply cannot survive a situation where the environment suffers from the full overload of toxins we currently live in.”
― Kat Lahr, Parallelism Of Cyclicality

But it doesn’t have to stop at that; some people have re-designed a major spectrum of their lifestyle to revolve around organic. From organic clothing, washing supplies to intimate articles, the list is expanding quickly.

Sometimes, a very important segment gets completely over looked; its what we apply to our skin and the sort of make-up we use. As people are becoming more aware, going natural and using elements from the kitchen table is also a trend that’s slowly shaping up. But, it might not always be a convenient option to concoct a perfect brew for your skin from what’s available at home. Enter IQ Natural, an organic skincare company that has been delivering results for over 14 years. Their use of certified organic and plant based, natural ingredients give them a fine edge over the fully chemical alternatives we use on a regular basis.

Each product comes with a product description page, ingredient list (some other vital information) and a list of the options listed sequentially to help you choose. Some of the products or more specifically, kits come with a brief tutorial on how to use the product(s). Their packing isn’t very fancy. It looks chic, minimal and carefully designed keeping both the aesthetics and storage/ space aspects in mind. Their products are designed to combat a wide range of skin care problems and provides you with ample choices across various price ranges to choose from.

  1. Hey my favorite science whiz, I have some question about organic priducts.

    1. We can tell organic how? Are the ingredients actually organic (is India labeling too? Our labeling system is inadequate at best)?

    2. If my carrot moisturizer is made with tocapherols or ammonium laureth sulfate, parabens or glycols; is it still organic? Since one needs chemistry to bind oranges and mangoes into a foamy soap, ate there some common chemical compounds to watch out for?

Thank you for all the postings on natural products and healthy alternatives! We are getting there but cant seem to find a balance between real, natural products and the toxic industries of the 1950’s.
